Another band from early Manchester punk scene. In fact Nosebleeds has together for some years. First under the name Wild Ram, but when the punk hit the streets they did change their name to Nosebleeds. They were Eddie "Ed Banger" Garrity (vocals), Vincent "Vini" Reilly (guitar. Vini later played at Durutti Column), Pete Crookes (bass), Phillip "Toby" Tolman (drums). In 1978 Ed Banger left the band to start a solo career (only one single Kinnel Tommy (Rabid -78). The short lived (from May to June 1978) second line-up was: Steven Morrissey (vocals; later the Smiths!), Billy Duffy (guitar), Pete (bass) and Toby (drums).
